Front of House Bartender Application

The Bartender crafts and serves beer and beverages with intent, precision, personality, and efficiency. They are responsible for providing an excellent guest experience both at the bar and through table service in their assigned sections. Bartenders also operate the service well, preparing drinks for servers to deliver to guests seated at tables, providing efficient ticket times, maintaining bar cleanliness, managing taps, and ensuring the best beer and cocktail quality.

• Bar & Drink Knowledge
• Functioning Knowledge of POS Systems
• Must be 21+
• Previous Bartending Experience Required
• ATC Liquor License

Responsibilities

• Prepare Alcoholic & Non – Alcoholic Beverages
• Engage with guests to determine their drink preferences and make recommendations, and upsell customers
• Assist servers by efficiently preparing service well tickets – ticket times should remain under 5 minutes
• Check the identification of ALL GUESTS
• Develop new cocktail recipes
• Maintain a clean work environment by removing trash, cleaning tables/bar top, washing glasses, equipment, etc.
• Change kegs and assist in draft system upkeep
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Assist the team in opening and closing bar duties, including (but not limited to) cleaning glassware, restocking, and tap line checks
• Collaborate with bar, kitchen, and management staff for smooth service flow
• Take inventory of bar produce and alcohol on hand, and communicate any noticeable shortage to management
• Support service staff by preparing service tickets
• Perform additional duties and tasks assigned
