Front of House Server Application

The Front of House Server is the face of our brewery, responsible for guiding guests through our beer and food menus, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient guest experience. This role also covers host duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling to–go orders, and managing reservations/walk–ins.

Minimum Requirements

• Must have Basic Knowledge of Dining Room and Service Procedures and Functions
• Process Basic Math Skills and can Handle Money and Operate a POS System
• Be able to Work in a Standing Position for Long Periods of Time
• Be able to Safely Lift and Easily Maneuver Trays of Food Frequently Weighing up to 25lbs.
• Ability to learn quickly
• Bar & Drink Knowledge
• Functioning Knowledge of POS Systems
• Must be 18+ to serve Alcohol
• Previous Serving Experience Preferred
• ATC Liquor License

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage seating, and provide menus
• Answer phones, take reservations, and answer general brewery questions
• Presents beer and food menus, describe offerings, and make personalized recommendations
• Take orders accurately and enter orders into POS efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Provides pre-emptive service and regularly manicures tables properly to ensure a seamless service experience
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift
• Maintain a clean service areas
• Handle To – Go orders – bag, process payments, and ensure order accuracy
• Process payments (cash, cards, tabs)
• Follow alcohol service laws and check IDs
• Maintain a clean, organized service area before, during, and after service
• Assist the team in opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking
• Collaborate with bar, kitchen, and management staff for smooth service flow
• Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned
