Front of House Support Staff Application

The Front of House Support Staff directly assists bartenders, servers, and the kitchen by keeping the bar stocked, clean and running efficiently, while also ensuring food orders are delivered quickly and accurately to guests. This role helps maintain smooth operations by assisting in restocking ice, changing kegs, handling garnishes, running food, assisting with bussing, and maintaining sanitary standards. The FOH Support Staff bridges the bar, kitchen, and front of house teams, ensuring excellent communication, guest service, and efficiency. Adaptability, teamwork, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to Stand, Walk, Bend, Reach, and Stoop for Extended Periods of Time
• Ability to Lift up to 50lbs. as Required

• Clear Communication Skills, Adaptability, and Problem-Solving
• Basic Bar and Drinks Knowledge
• Ability to Work in a Standing Position for Long Periods
• ATC State Liquor License

Responsibilities

• Keep the bar fully stocked and organized
• Clean and sanitize counters, tables, furniture, barware, and utensils before, during and after service
• Assist in washing, sanitizing, and restocking glassware and bar tools
• Run food from expo to guests; ensure correct, timely, and accurate delivery
• Place food on trays and deliver to guests at proper temperature
• Organize and assist with To-Go orders
• Pre – bus and clean tables
• Assist with trash removal and floor cleaning
• Stock liquor, beer, wine, and supplies
• Run food and clear plates from tables
• Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff regarding guest needs
• Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned
