The Brewpub Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring
high-quality food production, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and managing
kitchen staff. This role requires strong leadership, culinary expertise, organizational skills, and a
creative mindset.
Line Cook
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking, and plating dishes according to restaurant standards. This role ensures food quality, consistency, and efficiency by handling both prep work and line cooking duties.
Dishwasher
The Dishwasher ensures cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes. This role supports the entire team by maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Front of House Support Staff
The Front of House Support Staff directly assists bartenders, servers, and the kitchen by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and running efficiently, while also ensuring food orders are delivered quickly and accurately to guests. This role helps maintain smooth operations by assisting in restocking ice, changing kegs, handling garnishes, running food, assisting with bussing, and maintaining sanitary standards. The FOH Support Staff bridges the bar, kitchen, and front of house teams, ensuring excellent communication, guest service, and efficiency. Adaptability, teamwork, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
Front of House Bartender
The Bartender crafts and serves beer and beverages with intent, precision, personality, and efficiency. They are responsible for providing an excellent guest experience both at the bar and through table service in their assigned sections. Bartenders also operate the service well, preparing drinks for servers to deliver to guests seated at tables, providing efficient ticket times, maintaining bar cleanliness, managing taps, and ensuring the best beer and cocktail quality.
Front of House Server
The Front of House Server is the face of our brewery, responsible for guiding guests through our beer and food menus, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient guest experience. This role also covers host duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling to–go orders, and managing reservations/walk–ins.
